"Kai Became My Silent Recruiter”

I’ve easily got 5+ hours back each week just by not repeating the same searches.

Before ProPrompt or Kai for that matter, it was constant copy, paste, tweak, repeat. Any change to a brief meant starting again. It was pure mayhem.

The Kai agent remembers every search I’ve run, so I don’t rebuild anything. I just tweak what’s already there and move on. No digging through notes, no second guessing how I did it last time.

I don’t even think about Boolean anymore. I just describe what I need, and it works. It feels like having a really organised teammate who keeps things moving without the noise.

That time now goes back into candidates, conversations and actual recruiting, not admin. Thank God no more admin!
